Tips for reporting your loss:

  • Please describe the lost item as precisely as possible. For example, details of the make, model, colour, shape, material and unusual features such as stickers, packaging and damage are helpful.
  • For mobile phones, please provide the IMEI or SIM card number.
  • For bicycles, the frame number is very useful, if known.
  • We are obliged to keep lost property for 6 weeks.
  • For reasons of hygiene, food is not stored but disposed of directly.
  • For logistical reasons, we only receive lost property the next day after 2 p.m.; we cannot provide any information before this time.
  • Lost property can be collected in person or with an authorised representative by appointment. In individual cases, lost property can also be dispatched.
