Your Rheinbahn Lost property office
Have you lost something important to you in one of our vehicles or at a bus stop?
Simply fill in our loss report form and we will make sure that your lost item is returned to you as quickly as possible.
Tips for reporting your loss:
- Please describe the lost item as precisely as possible. For example, details of the make, model, colour, shape, material and unusual features such as stickers, packaging and damage are helpful.
- For mobile phones, please provide the IMEI or SIM card number.
- For bicycles, the frame number is very useful, if known.
- We are obliged to keep lost property for 6 weeks.
- For reasons of hygiene, food is not stored but disposed of directly.
- For logistical reasons, we only receive lost property the next day after 2 p.m.; we cannot provide any information before this time.
- Lost property can be collected in person or with an authorised representative by appointment. In individual cases, lost property can also be dispatched.
