In our Customer Centres we are there for you personally and offer advice on all aspects of the Rheinbahn and VRR services as well as the VRS and NRW tariffs. Do you have any suggestions for us? We are also happy to be your point of contact for this.

Rheinbahn Sales Partner

Personal advice on our offer and tickets is also available from our sales partners in and around Düsseldorf. These are usually kiosks, lottery ticket offices, tobacconists or stationery shops – in any case also directly on the ground and in your vicinity.
