Accompanying travellers

In the evenings from 7 p.m., all day on weekends and public holidays, as well as on the 24^th and 31^st of December, you can take one adult and up to three children under 15 with you – even in the extended zone of validity.

Free bicycle transport

You can take your bike with you all day long in the respective zone of validity.

30 minutes on a nextbike for free within Düsseldorf per trip.

Using the 1^st class

Entry into the 1^st class is included, this also applies to passengers travelling on the S-Bahn, RegionalBahn and RegionalExpress.

Mobility guarantee

If the bus or train is delayed for more than 20 minutes, we will reimburse you for the cost of the taxi (up to 60 euros) as part of the mobility guarantee.

The BärenTicket can be used by anyone over the age of 60.
