Accompanying travellers

In the evenings from 7 p.m., all day on weekends and public holidays, as well as on the 24^th and 31^st of December, you can take  up to three children under 15 with you – even in the extended zone of validity.

Mobility guarantee

If the bus or train is delayed for more than 20 minutes, we will reimburse you for the cost of the taxi (up to 60 euros) as part of the mobility guarantee.

Cancellable at any time

Subscription to Ticket1000 can be cancelled at any time to the end of the month. If you cancel before the first 12 months, we will charge a flat fee of 20 euros. After the first 12 months, there will be no further charges and the season ticket validity will be extended by one more month unless we receive a notice of cancellation by the last day of the ongoing month.

ZusatzTicket

With a ZusatzTicket, you can extend the benefits of your Ticket1000, such as using first class on regional rail services within the VRR area or upgrading from the selected fare category. Please note that you need one ZusatzTicket per person and additional benefit per trip.

You can get the Ticket2000 as a monthly pass or as a low-cost season ticket, alternatively with validity from 9 a.m. as an even cheaper option. You can decide which option suits your needs best.
